How will you punish the staffs, illegally selling the boxes, for their own profits?There has been a short supply of boxes and staffs couldn't provide enough boxes for everyone. Then someone snitched on that branch staffs which has been selling boxes to the customers, illegally and is against you and customer terms and conditions, for their own personal profit.
The branch is at Km. 4, Halsema Hwy, La Trinidad, 2601 Benguet.

- select the available pickup date based on set Date to ship and pickup address.
Is your Branches in Isabela province capable of transacting claim of remittance from USA online.
Branches in Roxana and Cauayan, Isabela cannot found online transaction number of online remittance from USA

I want to know where is my parcel?When I track my parcel it says that incorrect address... but someone came to deliver the parcel and no one is at home and they did not send a message or call to the recipient and they even told the neighbor that they will come back the next day to deliver and when we track the parcel it says incorrect address WHAT WAS THAT ALL ABOUT?

Where is my bdo credit card?Good evening, upon checking my tracking number ( 173305****16) it says there that my bdo credit card was delivered YESTERDAY and TODAY. How come na wala akong na received kahapon at Today?

Please note that the LBC Express Terms of Use state that a shipper agrees to check the status of the shipment within five days from the date acceptance. If undelivered, the shipper should claim his/her shipment within thirty days from acceptance.

Can I complaint for broken items? what is your liability?We have sent the frames made by glass last Dec 9, 2019 via LBC located near in Delta.
the items were protected by bubble wraps and styro so that it won't damage.
Today we received calls from our coordinators from bacolod and cebu that the frames they received were all broken. We would like to here an action or solution concerning this matter.
- For damaged shipments with no declared value, liability shall only be limited to refund of freight fee, regardless of the actual content of the parcel
- For damaged shipments with declared value, liability shall only be limited to the value declared in the Official Receipt, regardless of the actual/declared content of the package, and refund of freight fee
LBC shall not be liable for other damages, such as moral and exemplary damages, and consequential damages, unless, the amount of foreseen consequential damage is declared during the acceptance and higher freight fee is paid.
All claims must be filed in writing within thirty (30) days from date of transaction, otherwise, the same shall be denied.
